1. Scope
Goodheartedmen is the developer and publisher name used for our apps and games. This policy applies to a Goodheartedmen app when that app or its official store listing links to this page.
Our apps have different features. The information processed depends on the features an app includes, the permissions you grant, your device, and your privacy choices. A description below applies only when the relevant feature or service is present. It does not mean that every app collects every category of information described here.
In-app explanations, permission requests, and the app’s store disclosures describe the features you are using. Where an optional activity requires consent, simply installing or using an app does not replace that choice.
2. Information handled by feature
Information stored on your device
An app may store settings, language preferences, game progress, saved items, feature state, and privacy choices on your device. This lets the app work and remember your choices. Local storage does not by itself send that information to Goodheartedmen. Your operating system or device provider may include app data in backup, transfer, or restore services under your device settings.
Accounts and online features, where offered
If an app offers sign-in, synchronization, or another online feature, it processes the information needed for that feature. This may include an email address, account or sign-in identifier, profile information you provide, and content you choose to save or upload. If an app uses a third-party sign-in provider, that provider handles its authentication process under its own privacy notice. Features that work without an account do not require you to create one merely because this policy describes accounts.
Permissions and content you choose to provide
Where a feature needs access to a device capability or to content you select, the app explains that use and requests the applicable permission or selection. This can include camera, microphone, photos, files, notifications, or location when relevant to the feature. Processing follows the feature’s stated purpose; a permission is not authorization for unrelated uses. Some features may not work if the necessary permission is declined or later withdrawn.
Purchases and subscriptions, where offered
If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, the app store or payment provider identified at checkout processes payment. The app or its supporting services may receive transaction identifiers, receipts, purchased-item details, and subscription status to provide access, restore purchases, and resolve payment issues. The payment provider’s own privacy notice applies to information supplied to it.
Support and information you send
If you contact us or choose to send feedback, we receive the contact details, message, attachments, and diagnostic information you send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, and handle your request. Please include only what is relevant and avoid sending passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Advertising and consent
Apps supported by advertising may use Google AdMob to display ads, including optional rewarded ads and ads at transitions. Advertising services can process IP addresses, approximate location derived from network information, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and technical diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, and prevent fraud.
Non-personalized advertising is based on context rather than a person’s advertising-interest profile, but it can still involve information needed for delivery, measurement, security, and frequency limits. It does not mean that no information is processed.
Where applicable, an app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices and record your response. Personalized advertising, where offered, is subject to the choices and requirements that apply to you. An available Privacy choices or equivalent control lets you revisit applicable choices. The controls and ads available can vary by region, device, and consent status.
Your device may also provide controls to reset or delete its advertising identifier. Declining an optional advertising choice does not necessarily remove all ads; different or limited ads may remain available.
4. Analytics and diagnostics
Where included, analytics and crash reporting help us understand feature use, evaluate app performance, and fix failures. These services may process app interactions, session and feature information, performance measurements, error details, device and operating-system information, and service-generated app or installation identifiers.
Apps that offer optional sharing through a control such as Share gameplay data, Share usage data, or a similar setting use that choice to enable the associated reporting. You may change that setting later. In apps using our optional Firebase reporting flow, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics reporting are disabled by default and enabled when you opt in.
An app may also keep a limited diagnostic history locally. If you choose an action such as Share playtest report or Share diagnostics, your device lets you choose where to send or save the report. Generating a local report does not by itself send it to Goodheartedmen.
Advertising and optional reporting are separate. Turning off optional gameplay or usage reporting does not automatically turn off advertising services or erase information already transmitted. Advertising choices are managed through the applicable advertising privacy controls.
6. Retention and deletion
Local app data
Saved progress, preferences, and other persistent local information generally remain until you remove them using an available app control, clear the app’s storage through your device settings, or uninstall the app. Device backups or restored copies may retain or restore information separately. Where an app keeps a local diagnostic history, its storage limits and cleanup rules determine when those records are removed.
Information sent to online services
Account or uploaded information is retained for the period needed to provide the requested service, manage the account, resolve problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Relevant criteria include whether the account or feature remains in use, whether a deletion request has been received, and whether limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Analytics information is subject to the retention settings for the service used by the app. Aggregated reports may have a different retention period from individual event records. For Firebase Crashlytics, Google states that crash traces and associated identifiers are kept for 90 days before removal from live and backup systems begins. Advertising-service information is subject to the provider’s own retention practices.
Requesting deletion
Use an available account-deletion control for an app that offers accounts, or contact us using the privacy contact below. Tell us which app and information your request concerns. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant records; please do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Where records cannot be linked to you, we will explain the limitation instead of promising deletion of unidentified data.
Disabling reporting, withdrawing consent, clearing local storage, or uninstalling does not automatically delete information already held by a service provider. Some records may need to remain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. We will explain any applicable limitation when handling your request.
7. Your choices and rights
- Review or withdraw device permissions through your operating-system settings.
- Use available in-app settings to change optional usage or crash reporting.
- Revisit advertising choices through the app’s available privacy-options control and your device’s advertising settings.
- Use available data or account controls, clear local app storage, or contact us about information held online.
- Choose whether and where to send feedback, attachments, or diagnostic reports.
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not undo processing that lawfully occurred beforehand. Some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law, and relevant opt-out rights may apply. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Send privacy requests to the contact below. Available controls and legal rights depend on the app, the information concerned, and the rules that apply to you.
8. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and the features involved, including limiting unnecessary data collection and using protected network connections for supported online services. Google documents encryption in transit for the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Firebase services. No device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Protect your device and any app or provider accounts you use. An app’s operating-system permissions, privacy settings, and account controls also affect how its information is protected.
9. Children’s privacy
Audience suitability depends on the app. Check the official store listing, age rating, and any in-app notices. A store age rating describes content suitability and does not by itself authorize collection of a child’s personal information.
Where an app is offered to children, additional requirements may apply to permissions, parental consent, advertising, and data handling. This policy does not replace those requirements or any additional notice required for the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us with the app name and enough detail to investigate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our data practices, services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.
